Production Time
All Shop.giftmaga products are made to order with our exclusive original designs. Each item goes through a dedicated production process — including casting, precision processing, and hand engraving — to ensure the highest quality.
- Standard items: 3–7 business days production time
- Special/complex custom orders: May require additional production time
- You will receive email updates throughout the entire production process, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Order Delivery
- Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- If your shipping address differs from your billing address, please ensure you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Shop.giftmaga is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification email containing:
- Your tracking number
- The date your order was shipped
- Instructions on how to track your package

- Special or highly customized orders may require a longer production and processing timeframe. We will notify you via email if this applies to your order.
- If you contact the carrier after your order has left our warehouse to request a redirect or forwarding of your parcel,Shop.giftmaga is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur as a result.
- All of our products are original designs — please allow production time as each piece is uniquely crafted for you.
